    • Other personal data such as your CV/resume and motivation letter, which you have actively provided by filling in a form on the website https://www.talenteer.nl. Or conversation reports or reports of references that have only been obtained after your permission from references you specified.

    Talenteer HRM & Recruitment Consultancy process your personal information for the following purposes:

    • To be able to contact you if this is necessary to carry out our recruitment services
    • To provide our recruitment services to our customer
    How long do we retain personal information

    Talenteer HRM & Recruitment Consultancy does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data as stated above. Maximum duration 1 year. After one year, your data will be destroyed automatically. Or it must be that you have given written permission to keep your data for a longer period of time

    Sharing of personal information with third parties

    Talenteer HRM & Recruitment Consultancy will only share your personal data with third parties if necessary for the agreement’s performance and to comply with any legal obligation. We check the privacy statements with our customers that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.     View, adjust, or delete data

    You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Talenteer HRM & Recruitment Consultancy, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.

    You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, or data transfer of your personal data, a request for cancellation of your consent, or an objection to processing your personal data to info@talenteer.nl.

    To ensure that you have requested an inspection, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request.

    How we protect personal information

    Talenteer HRM & Recruitment Consultancy takes the protection of your data seriously and acts appropriately to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. Talenteer HRM & Recruitment Consultancy stores your details offline in a password-encrypted database. The computer on which the database is located is password-encrypted and shielded with an internet security application.
